Cybord is seeking a skilled BI Engineer to join its expanding R&D team.
The company specializes in utilizing AI and big data to analyze electronic components during the assembly process to identify faulty and counterfeit components. As a BI Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and taking full ownership of our Business Intelligence system.
You will work in a highly dynamic and evolving environment, collaborating with other teams to integrate logic seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain BI solutions using modern tools and technologies.
- Gather requirements and business needs from internal and external customers and turn them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain ETL workflows to support data integration and transformation.
- Work closely with software developers to ensure that BI solutions are integrated with our core applications and services.
- Ensure that BI solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies and recommend innovative approaches and tools as appropriate.
Requirements and skills:
- 3+ years of experience in BI development and data engineering.
- Strong experience with SQL, data modeling, ETL workflows, and data integration techniques.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data technologies such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
- BA/B.Sc. in a technical discipline such as Industrial and Management Engineer/ Information Systems Engineer – Advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for data-driven solutions and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
