By inspecting 100% of components placed on printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), Cybord addresses critical challenges in hardware cybersecurity, anti-tampering, counterfeit detection, and micro-traceability. Our AI-driven inspection seamlessly integrates into existing Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) lines, enhancing security, traceability, and compliance without modifying existing processes.
We are looking for a skilled Customer Success and Support Manager, to join our Customer Success and Support team.
In this role, you will work in a constantly evolving environment and optimize applications for improved performance and scalability.
Our offices are in the heart of Tel Aviv, within a 5-minute walk from Savidor train station. We follow a hybrid work model in which employees can work remotely twice a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support during product integration and implementation.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, software, and performance issues.
- Conduct product demos and technical presentations.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product enhancements.
- Visit customer sites frequently to assess needs and provide services.
- Support sales by identifying customer requirements and tailoring solutions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on capabilities and roadmap.
- Deliver training for customers and partners on software best practices.
- Maintain technical documentation (user guides, FAQs, troubleshooting tips).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements independently.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Fluent English.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with:
- API development & testing (FastAPI, Flask, Django, Swagger, Postman).
- Cloud tools & scalable microservices (AWS compute, storage, etc).
- Distributed relational databases (SingleStore).
- Containerization (Docker).
- Version control (Git) and CI/CD processes.
- Experience with cloud platforms or SaaS solutions.
- Customer-facing experience.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
- IT and infrastructure knowledge – advantage.
