Support Engineer

Our fast product deployment needs skillful engineers to support multidisciplinary systems working at the
heart of electronic manufacturing. You will be part of the operations responsible for deploying our AI technology.


  • Direct contact with our customer’s technical teams
  • Working with the Sales team on pre-sale and post-sale
  • Manage deployment of complex systems remotely and on-site
  • Configure and install various network devices and services
  • Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security
  • Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
  • Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
  • Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
  • Select and implement security and support tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the other company’s teams
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

Requirements and skills

  • Proven hands-on network support engineering experience for at least 5 years
  • Proven international customer support experience.
  • CCNP or higher (CCIE and/or CISSP highly valued)
  • Deep understanding of networking protocols
  • Solid understanding of cloud environment and tools, such as AWS (S3)
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools
  • Windows server and Linux knowledge – Advantage
  • Ability to travel to customer sites around the world
  • English – High level of writing and speaking
